Backpacking Amsterdam

enjoyment of opera in Bologna by persons with disabilities

My name is Charles Vicinelli for years and I deal with barriers and mobility in our city. I am part of AIAS Bologna with whom I share ideals and commitment to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.
I really like going to the theater and that is why I did a little investigation on the theaters of Bologna.
From this it appears that some of the main structures are not in accordance with the laws removal of architectural barriers.
In particular, some examples: in the Municipal Theater of the room is made accessible via a ramp very dangerous and very sub-standard, Arena del Sole are not under the stalls for the parking of wheelchairs Celebrations of the Theatre and stayed in the side aisle wheelchairs purple thing (as in many other theaters) and rules on those barriers is to prevent fires.
course, is not only a question of quality of service, in case of emergency, this system "cobbled together" may cause very dangerous situations.
I tried to talk with managers to find a solution but I was told that everything was OK and so that if I wanted to see the show I had to be satisfied with the accommodation offered.
is just "offer" because the fund managers aim precisely on the fact that the ticket to the disabled person is given free of charge and therefore that exempt them from giving quality accommodation and the law. Bolognese
As a citizen with equal rights and duties towards my territory ask to use the facilities of entertainment and culture with the same conditions as any other of my fellow citizens: that is to buy a ticket and get a safe place and in a good position.
I am willing to confront and engage voluntarily with the institutions to find solutions to solve or improve these situations.
Thank you for taking some 'time to read these considerations, I am waiting for a prompt reply.

Seabuckthorn Soap For Acne

Somebody help me climb up a crane 2

Hello, I'm Luca Pieri I'm 57 years all spent in the company of my wheelchairs. I write these lines of support for the complaint of Charles Venturelli, on the effects that the policies of the cuts in social spending have on the daily lives of people with disabilities in the letter published in La Repubblica "on January 6, 2011, both as friend of the author and adviser to AIAS Bologna's Fund. Mr. Ventura writes of looking for volunteers to take him on the roof of an important building of Bologna and maybe ... also throw underneath, an extreme action to bring public attention to the difficulties, plus the cuts made by the City of Bologna and dall'USL.
I am personally worried! As director of the Association
I must reiterate that cutting the "contribution to mobility" (ex taxi vouchers) was unilaterally decided by the company last September in the USL. We're really scraping the bottom of the barrel, as it was once. The same thing goes for the care allowance, these are small numbers (respectively 120 and 460 € per month approx). We are facing the last of a long series of choices that leads from national operations up to the cuts in the budgets of local authorities that will worsen the living conditions of people taking the edges are often very tragic. Unfortunately, we are compelled to note that they hide behind the cuts probably will policies to reduce the welfare policies in particular those in favor to people with disabilities. All that is legitimized by abuses such as false invalids, a phenomenon very negative because of what the real disabilities at risk of losing the few measures in their favor.

Some Ideas For Initiations

Somebody help me climb up a crane

Somebody help me climb up on top of a crane or some important building in Bologna!
I am a disabled person of 49 years and I have chosen to live alone, away from family, from when I was twenty.
This choice was not a walk, but it is an experience that I would do it 100,000 times. Fortunately I have always worked, paying the rent of the various apartments where I lived in these 29 years.
E 'known Money does not bring happiness, but this usually tells them who the money. For someone like me, who is disabled, it is not any free entrance to the cinema that can improve the quality of my life. For a person with limited mobility, who wants to have a normal social life, even having to travel by public transport becomes very complicated. So one in my condition have to rely on private means of transport such as taxis. However, this involves additional expenditure. Until a year ago, social service, health care helped to make my life more independent with a contribution to the transport (it was a figure of about € 120 per month). Another contribution of social services is a Carer's Allowance of € 460 per month. This last one I need to help pay for a person who helps me in those daily tasks that alone can not do: shopping, paying bills, cleaning the house etc.. Certainly not a big figure, indeed, but it's better than nothing.
Through various financial contribution to mobility was the first to be cut: "Now you're home." It 's true that homeowners do not pay more tax ICI, but I do not understand why this has not entered should be offset by cuts to assistance for the disabled. What's more, the social worker informed me that in January will also reduced the allowance for care from € 460, will be increased to € 307. Also because of the cuts being made to health care.
certainly should not have great expertise in economics to understand that a person living alone, using a grant of € 460 and € 5520 costs the state each year. As if it is devoid of aid that allows it to be independent to force it to be housed in a residential center in the SSN, the figure that the state should pay considerably increases. In fact, welfare is always one of the first items that is involved cuts when you want to "save".
These are the contradictions of our Italy on the one hand makes it impossible to "remove the noise" if, loosely, an individual decides that his life has nothing to do with the concept of life, the other coming off the few benefits that exceeded the swamps of bureaucracy with long lines and infinite production of documents, one has obtained as his right.
A sense of abandonment by the institutions assails us when we go to seek help from bodies, when employees see your arms, shaking his head, and inform those who have cut funding that would make it more dignified and independent life of our disabled . Always "have" never has a name of course! As if it were once again knocking on destiny door, bearing the news that you have been "appointed" and that from January will weigh on your life a sense of uncertainty about the future.
So to those who are in my situation do not just have to find some volunteers (because the professional costs), which will help him get on any roof to attract the attention that we otherwise would never disabled. Maybe threaten to plunge below, forcing municipalities to pay overtime to ecological operators to clean what remains of our life splattered on a sidewalk. I'm ready, I have the sweater and heavy jacket. Ready to get on any roof of this beautiful Bologna was once red, a red hot who could join. Now the red of which we can speak only of the blood that people like me who struggle from day one to be considered normal, he must spit on the ends meet.

Plate Transfer Ontario

The cloud will be really the future?

The enthusiasm that is spreading around the topic Cloud computing may be well founded. Google Chrome OS wants a completely new operating system, and online. No more disconnected from the network resources. Even Microsoft is developing some
using Internet services (Microsoft Office for example). Many other manufacturers are offering space in the UK is completely online (Box.net, Dropbox, etc.).. But what
agree that? Meanwhile, the online services that extreme force users to have online connections permanent (and in Italy we know how overwhelming the digital divide), and those who can not afford it? Simple: it will be out. A
my argument then moved the ecological impact of clouding. I think the revolution underway will increase more and more constant energy supply. Having to handle millions of connections of data and applications residing on servers with large producers of services, will involve a massive use of server in load balancing. Imagine Google, which already has huge server farm for research alone, we think of what will need to invest to make operational the future operating system Chrome Os?
Our computer is true, be no hard disk, will not have to develop applications, everything will be managed remotely, and our computer terminals will be commonplace. But the power consumption of the server farm will be far greater than the equivalent switch on and off the pc when there are clouding servono.I providers 24hr day funzionanti. In more freedom to choose what to install, uninstall it, use our computer offline or online, there will be precluded in the future.
